Khash, with Brazilian Best Granite, was amazing to work with. He took us through our options and explained what was best for our project and why. He could have led us down a more expensive path that might not have even lasted as long, but he didn't! He did not lead us astray. I would recommend without reservation!

You must try this place!!! Seriously!

Beautiful stone options. No pressure when shopping. Truly, Stephanie will help you frame your vision into a reality. She will support your ideas while also offering gentle input to think about, if you ask. So glad I listened to her.

And the measurement process! WHAT?!?! Such a blessing. The gentleman that came to our house noticed the ever so slight dip in our floor. He quickly assessed that our structure under the house was too long of an expanse to hold up to the granite and the quartzite. We had noticed the dip but did not realize this could be a problem with the product we wanted. Talked to a friend who said she didn’t know either but no one told her and she put in the granite and because of structural problems with the expanse of the beams she had to remove it all and use a different product.

We received a recommendation for addressing the issue from the man who measured. That person had someone to our house the next week and it was fixed in time for our install which was just 7 business days from our measurement date!

The contractor installed the 4 jacks under our house…no more dip. Floors feel more solid!

Countertop install was like a dream. On time, professional, and perfect install! Could not have asked for anything better!

Seriously, this is our third house using BBG…I will never use any other company! Thank you to the whole team😊

+2
I can’t possibly suggest this crew enough! My husband and I sauntered into their Waynesboro location on a whim (obviously it’s been something we’ve wanted though) and 16 days later had our new counters installed! They’re PERFECT! Kelsey was above and beyond helpful with not only everything counter related but even with helping me brainstorm cabinet colors to match our kitchen. She didn’t have to do that, but I’m so grateful she did! She also helped us stay just under the budget I wanted and not a penny over! The gentleman who did templating was awesome, and the team that installed our counters were perfect! I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Highly recommend!!!

BBG Granite completed 2 projects in our home over the past year and we were absolutely thrilled with the results of both. From start to finish, from marketing and sales to installation, the level of professionalism was unparalleled. A special thank you to “Stephanie” who was very patient with me while choosing just the right countertops. Not sure how long they have been in business but they run their operations like the professionals they are.

Through our kitchen designer, Lea Yager (Lea Yager Designs), my wife and I were fortunate to work with Tici and her excellent team at BBG Granite for our very long island and countertops. We couldn't be more thrilled with BBG's very organized communication, scheduling process, on-time installation, simplicity in billing and most importantly, commitment to customer service. It was very clear that Tici and her team were committed to ensuring that we were delighted with their product and we absolutely are - we would highly recommend them.

We absolutely love our new quartz countertops from BBG. Khash Erdene was our sales representative and was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of countertops and helped us pick out something that would both look nice with our new cabinets and stay close to our budget. We were able to review the templates before installation and the quality of the work was excellent. We also appreciated how quickly Khash responded when we had questions or requests. Overall, working with Khash and BBG was a very good experience for us. Also, they have a beautiful new warehouse which offers an incredible display of their inventory.
